If you feel that I'm the right doula for you, and you'd like to begin the booking process, the first step is to complete my enquiry form. This lets me know a little bit more about you, your pregnancy, and your postpartum plans. It also allows me to check my availability ahead of scheduling you in.

After receiving your enquiry, I will confirm within 2-3 days if I am able to support you. If yes, you will be sent a link to complete your intake form, sign my client contract, and pay your booking deposit. This secures your dates in my calendar.

Once your booking is confirmed we will arrange your initial consult. This is a chance for us to meet one another and start to build a connection before baby arrives. The consult allows me to find out more about your family, ask any questions I may have from your intake form, and begin to understand your postpartum wishes. It's also a chance for you to ask me any questions you may have. 

All of my in-home doula packages include a 90 minute one on one postpartum planning session, as well as a copy of my Postpartum Planner E-Book. During our initial consult we will organise a time to conduct your planning session. This session helps you feel confident and assured heading into labor,  knowing your wishes for afterwards are already clear and communicated to those who need them.

Once your baby has arrived, your in-home visits will begin. We will have planned when these will take place during our planning session. How many visits you have will depend on the package that you purchased. However, as we know postpartum can be unexpected sometimes, there is also the opportunity to upgrade your package, or extend your service  ($100 p/hour) if you find you need the additional support.
